Why We Built This Site
Colorado makes many court calendars and records public, subject to access rules and court orders. Finding the custodian is often harder than finding a link. Eagle Combined Courts keeps District Court and County Court files. Municipal clerks keep town ordinance cases. The free Judicial Branch Docket Search lists hearings, while designated vendors provide paid register-of-actions access and the filing court supplies actual documents. We built the site to put those roles, official portals, case-number formats, and request paths in a clear Eagle County context.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket help: ways to read and search Eagle County criminal and civil dockets
- Hearing information: steps for checking a court date, courtroom, appearance mode, or reset
- Case lookup detail: explanations of name, case-number, court, class, and date filters
- Record access: routes for requesting plain or certified documents from the responsible clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to Eagle Combined Courts, any Colorado court, or any government office. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that every phone number, fee, or setting remains current
An official or certified record must come from the clerk for the court that holds the case. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee for this site. Such revenue supports public access to the reference material. We do not set the provider's fee or control the information it returns.
